One of our customers, standardized on the IWAKI – SANWA stainless steel mag drive pumps, recently bought 9 new pumps for the expansion of their tank farm.
The pump will be used to transfer chemicals from a tank trailer to fixed chemical storage tanks or discharging the tanks to a tank trailer.
Same pump will be used to transfer product from the storage tank to the production facilities.
Due to the location of the discharging area and the discharge tanks, for some tanks there is a long suction line to the pump.
The IWAKI-SANWA Stainless steel mag drive pumps are selected based on following characteristics:
- Flow: 20 m³/h
- Head: approx. 20 m
- Media: Methylamine, Toluene, Formic Acid, KOH, NaNO2, …
- Pumps in Stainless Steel 316
- All elastomers with FDA conformity declaration
- ATEX Ex db eb motors
